Documented the self-healing webhook architecture in CONTEXT.md, and fixed a bug in the build-log agent where it assumed the model's first response block was always text.

Added a self-healing path: Grafana alert webhook -> jumpbox -> linuxjump, bounded remediation script, jumpbox as an independent failure domain from linuxjump. Blackbox-probe added to Alloy for hopcount.dev uptime.

Build-log entries are now written by an agent running on linuxjump itself, hitting Claude directly with a personal API key instead of going through git. Content updates also moved from GitHub pushes to a small bearer-token API.
